                 研究方向:

                研究方向:林木功能基因組學、林木生物信息學㊣  

                利用二代和三代測序技術,開展楊樹基因這深海到處都充滿了危險組變異、單倍體基因組組裝、等位基因表達及調控和基因調控網絡等方面的研究。應用基於CRISPR的基因編輯技術開展等位基因特異的位點突變和功能驗求推薦證。研究內容主要集中在林木雜種優勢的形成機制和楊▅樹分子模塊設計育種。
